A concentrated liquid potassium supplement for
saltwater aquaria
 |
Description
TheReef®
Potassium
liquid supplement contains pure
potassium salts
that can be readily
taken up by corals and other
marine organisms.
In marine aquaria symptoms of potassium deficiency can be
reflected in corals losing their colour and becoming paler,
particularly species of
Montipora. Potassium can particularly improve red coral
pigments.
TheReef®
Potassium provides aquarists
with exceptional value for money compared to other brands,
offering an unbeatable combination of performance for price.*

Guidance
First
measure potassium levels in your aquarium with an accurate
test kit to determine how much of the supplement you should add. Natural Sea
Water values for potassium are around 390-410ppm while
15ml (1 capful) of
TheReef®
Potassium supplement
per 100 litres of aquarium water should raise potassium levels by
around 15ppm.
Shake bottle before use then add required quantity of
supplement to an area of aquarium or sump with high flow.
Do
not mix with or use within 1 hour of other supplements.
Do not raise levels by more than 25ppm a day.
