Products	How can you offer such great value for money without compromising on quality?	There are three main reasons: • almost all of our products are produced here in the UK, so we don't have to ship them thousands of miles before they reach your local store's shelves; • we distribute our products directly to the retailer, cutting out a number of intermediaries who would each add their costs to the final retail price; and • we try to minimise costs by using simple functional packaging and targeted advertising - relying primarily on personal recommendation from our many satisfied retail and trade customers to do our marketing for us!
	What is in TheReef® products?	The specific formulas of our products are commercially sensitive. However, the ingredients used are sourced from reputable suppliers offering the finest chemical and food grade materials commercially available.
	How much of TheReef® products do I need to use?	We provide suggested dosing and usage information on the product labelling. In addition we will soon be offering an online calculator which will detail the appropriate amount of product required to achieve a set parameter and/or for a given system volume.

	What is the shelf life for TheReef® products?	Most of our products have an indefinite shelf life provided they are tightly sealed and stored at normal room temperatures and out of direct sunlight. Where products do lose efficacy with age a Best Before End (BBE) date is stated on the label.
	How much product is in each bottle/jar?	We follow the Minimum Weight/Volume system. In other words the weights or volumes stated on our packaging are the absolute minimum values for the contents, in practice each package will contain a little more than the stated quantity.
Retail	Where can I buy TheReef® products?	View the retail page of this site where you will find details of our featured local retail stockists and online retailers.
	I can't find a local retailer?	If you would like to see our products in your local store then do tell them about us. In the meantime you can order our complete range from our own online store.
	What are the Recommended Retail Prices for your products?	We provide Suggested Retail Prices (SRPs) for our products to retailers and these are detailed on the relevant product pages on this website. However, these are just suggestions and the prices charged by individual retailers may necessarily vary - reflecting their own circumstances, overheads and charging policies.
